This is the first ever Photography blog for the Art Department at the University of South Dakota.
During Spring Semester, 2010 I offered to initiate and run a blog detailing the day-to-day workings of Photography I. This is part of my 'job shadow' of John Banasiak, Prof. of Photography and Photographer Extraordinaire at The University of South Dakota. Similar to the information on the USD Drawing blog, this blog gives us a chance to show the public what photo class is about from an insider's perspective.
Please forgive any blurriness in the photos: this naivete is not indicative of the instruction of Photography at USD. Rather, it is indicative of my lack of familiarity with USD Art's digital SLR (I have not read the manual) or is the result of using my outdated point-and-shoot digital camera.
It is my hope that Graduate Teaching Assistants will continue the upkeep of this blog for years to come.
